Time Treasures PH - Return and Exchange Policy

At Time Treasures PH, we value your satisfaction and aim to make every purchase a positive experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unaltered, and with original tags, packaging, and inclusions).

    • Returned with a proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and any damage.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.


Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different model of equal value), please contact us to check availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
